Professional Pre-requisites

  • 2 -3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent documentation skills to strengthen institutional knowledge
  • Prior Experience in customer service will be preferred

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Build and maintain a strong network of corporate houses, sponsors, and industry partners.
  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Develop and implement collaborative events and promotional campaigns while building and maintaining a strong network of reliable sponsors, industry partners, and marketing professionals.
  • Conduct regular field visits to build local connections and generate new business leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with external vendors, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to support business development activities.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to understand customer needs and feedback.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team and communicate with current and prospective customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide effective support.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for prospective customers.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the management.
  • Increase brand value and revenue through marketing plans, and coordinate appropriate brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, specialized in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behavior.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
