Customer Service Associate – QFX Cinemas – Damauli

Areas of Responsibility   

1. Listens and resolves customers’ concerns and complaints and address them effectively or refers customers to a supervisor when necessary.
2. Establishes and maintains good rapport with customers by using positive language and taking care of their needs.
3. Provides customers with information on their prices and menu availability, movie show times and seats allocation.
4. Suggests customers in making decision regarding suitable purchases based on their preferences.
5. Maintains an updated knowledge of the QFX’s products, prices and services.
6. Escalates feedback (service, food, hygiene, etc.) of customers to management.
7. Keeps track of inventory of concession and overseas the cleanliness and replenishment of items.
8. Receives orders, calculating bills and processing payments in concession.
9. Balances the cash register and keeps log for debit sales.
10. Prepares the domination of the total cash at the end of the shift and handovers to the Duty Officer.
11. Accepts payments, ensure all the prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer.
12. Suggests cross- sell products and introduce new ones.
13. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of concession area and equipment.
