Professional Pre-requisites

  1. 2 years of work experience in the Hospitality / Service industry at a junior level.
  2. Able to manage staff and shifts.
  3. Basic technical knowledge about machinery and equipment.
  4. Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge 

Major Areas of Responsibility

  1. Ensures proper functioning and monitors the condition and servicing of machinery and equipment. 
  2. Ensures proper condition of theater assets like seats, 3D glasses, RO water, projection sound and visual, food display machines, and items for a better customer experience. 
  3. Plans and manages meetings of internal staff, housekeeping, and security. 
  4. Prepares duty roaster of staff and manages them in rush hours. 
  5. Directs staff for cleaning and maintenance to ensure hygiene and safety. 
  6. Assists in preparing monthly and daily sales reports to compare with data from ticketing software. 
  7. Assists in training the internal and outsourced staff to ensure quality customer service. 
  8. Monitors the smooth operation of entire services provided to the guests to enhance the movie-going experience and respond appropriately to crises.  

Preferences

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management
