Job Summary:  Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing activities, managing online customer interactions, assisting in content creation, and ensuring effective brand communication across platforms.

Professional Pre-requisites

  1. 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field
  2. Knowledge of VAT and Taxes
  3. Familiar with any accounting software
  4. Excellent communication and reporting skills
  5. Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge

Key Responsibility

1. Social Media Support

· Assist in managing daily activities across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

· Assist in schedule posts as per content calendar

· Monitor comments, messages, and mentions

· Assist in tracking engagement and social media performance

· Stay updated with social media trends and suggest ideas

2. Customer Interaction (Online)

· Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints via:

     – Social Media Inbox

     – Comments Section

     –  Review Platforms

· Forward complex issues to concerned departments

· Maintain records of customer interactions

· Ensure polite and timely communication

3. Content Creation Assistance

· Support in creating:

    – Social Media Posts

    – Stories

    – Reels / Short Videos

    – Promotional creatives

· Assist during on-ground events for digital coverage

· Help in writing captions and basic promotional content

· Coordinate with design team for campaign creatives

· Taking movie reviews

4. Mystery Customer

· Handling mystery customers

· Generating reports

· Discussing mystery customers feedback with FM’s and DO’s
